General Provisions
This Public Offer ("Offer") governs your use of the Wellflow AI platform ("Service"), accessible at wellflow.dev. By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Offer in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Service Description
Wellflow AI provides prepaid API proxy access to third-party artificial intelligence models, including but not limited to models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other providers. The Service operates as a gateway: user requests are routed to upstream AI providers, and responses are returned to the user. The Service does not create, train, or host AI models itself.
Model Availability
The list of available models, their versions, capabilities, context windows, and parameters may change at any time without prior notice. Wellflow AI does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific model and may add, remove, deprecate, or modify any model at its sole discretion, including in response to upstream provider changes, deprecations, or outages. You are responsible for adapting your integrations to model changes. No refund or compensation is owed for the removal or modification of any model.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Wellflow AI makes no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, response times, accuracy of results, or uninterrupted operation. The Service may experience downtime, errors, or interruptions at any time. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
Pricing
Service pricing is displayed in your dashboard and is subject to change at any time without prior notice. It is your sole responsibility to monitor current pricing before making requests. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. Pricing changes apply only to requests initiated after the change; already-completed requests are not retroactively re-billed.
Payments & No Refunds
The Service operates strictly on a prepaid model. You must maintain a positive account balance to make API requests. ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, including but not limited to: account closure (whether initiated by you or by Wellflow AI), unused balance, dissatisfaction with the Service, model removal or modification, service outages or interruptions, billing errors of any kind, or any other reason. By topping up your balance you irrevocably waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or monetary compensation. No partial, pro-rata, or full refunds will be issued in cash, cryptocurrency, or any other form.
Data Handling
The Service stores only metadata associated with each API request, including the model used, token counts, and cost. The Service does not log, store, or inspect the content of your API requests or responses. You are solely responsible for the data you transmit through the Service and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws and the terms of upstream AI providers.
Account Termination
Wellflow AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination (whether initiated by you, by Wellflow AI for violations, or by Wellflow AI at its sole discretion) any remaining balance is forfeited and is not refundable in any form. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activities, to distribute harmful or malicious content, to circumvent restrictions or terms of upstream AI providers, or to engage in abusive behavior that degrades the Service for other users. Reselling access to the Service is permitted only through the official Wellflow AI Reseller Program and subject to its separate terms; any unauthorized resale or sublicensing is strictly prohibited. Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Reseller Program
If you participate in the Wellflow AI Reseller Program, you act as an independent contractor responsible for your own customers, invoicing, taxes, refunds (if any), customer support, and legal compliance with respect to your end users. Wellflow AI bills the reseller (master) wallet at base cost; sub-organization wallets are billed at the reseller's own configured price. Wellflow AI has no contractual relationship with the reseller's end customers and provides no support, refunds, or guarantees to them. The reseller is solely responsible for ensuring their pricing, terms, and customer agreements comply with applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wellflow AI's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to USD $0. No monetary compensation, refund, or damages of any kind will be paid under any circumstances. In no event shall Wellflow AI be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, business opportunities, or model availability. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

Changes to Offer
This Offer may be updated at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available at this page. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Offer.
